I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location along the riverside is fine, and I highly recommend getting a river-facing room for a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also loved that they provided loaner bikes, which made exploring the area a blast. Plus, the large room made for a comfortable stay!

Stunning Views, Great Service, Beautiful Lobby
During our recent stay, we were blown away by the stunning view of Mount Kinka, Gifu Castle, and the river. The lobby was beautiful, with tasteful furnishings and lifelike sculptures of birds. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The high prices for basic amenities, such as the pool, and that the bar and breakfast service had limited hours. there were few local activities around the hotel, which made it challenging to find things to do outside of the hotel.

The Firenze restaurant is convenient, serving buffet food of passable quality. the location of the hotel is decent, with paths to run up to the first major bridge or towards the mountains nearby. Beds were comfortable enough.
The service left something to be desired.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the room was spacious, with plush bedding and tasteful furnishings. the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks with a beautiful view of the river.
The location was not as convenient as we had hoped, as there were not many restaurant options nearby. we found the restaurant prices at the hotel to be quite expensive.

Wonderful river view and friendly staff. the twin room was spacious with a fantastic sunrise and sundown lighting around the river and mountains. the hotel staff was polite and helpful, offering information about local dining places and tourist attractions. the rental bike service was an added bonus, allowing for a scenic tour of the area.
Congested breakfast room and unexpected pool charge. the breakfast room experience was ruined by crowded conditions.
